Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred)

Supervise staff and ensure high service standards
Manage customer interactions and resolve complaints efficiently
Monitor inventory, supplies, and stock levels
Assist in planning staff schedules and training
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Support in budgeting, reporting, and cost control
Chinese Cuisine Experience Required
