The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring MOH regulatory compliance, and driving administrative and financial efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Medical qualification is mandatory (Medical Degree or Nursing background).
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a healthcare facility within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of MOH regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
Proven experience in clinic administration and operations management.
Solid background in administrative and financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
