Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for end-users efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and support.
Document IT procedures, updates, and troubleshooting steps.
Support IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support, preferably in UAE.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ERP systems, IT security protocols, and cloud technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
