Key Responsibilities:
Take and serve food and beverage orders for in-room dining.
Ensure timely, accurate, and courteous delivery of meals to guest rooms.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
Assist in setting up trays, garnishes, and tableware as per resort standards.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and timely service.
Maintain records of orders and room service operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in a 4-star or luxury hotel preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food hygiene and service standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
