Experience / Requirements:
Relevant experience in construction finishes (interiors, plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, etc.)
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and other interior finishes.
Review drawings, specifications, and work schedules to ensure proper execution.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship on-site.
Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and project teams to resolve site issues.
Conduct site inspections and report on progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Maintain site documentation including progress reports, inspection reports, and punch lists.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a site engineer, specifically in finishes work.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
Minimum 6 years UAE or GCC experience in building construction
