Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety programs.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
Prepare safety reports, incident investigations, and safety documentation.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
Coordinate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture on-site.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant safety discipline.
Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are highly preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Safety Engineer.
Proven experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
Strong knowledge of international safety standards and procedures.
Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
