We are urgently hiring a QC Inspector – Painting for a shutdown project in Oman with immediate mobilization. The role is for a leading company, with online interviews scheduled for shortlisted candidates. This position is ideal for experienced professionals with Gulf exposure who can support high-intensity shutdown activities while ensuring strict quality and compliance standards.
The QC Inspector will be responsible for overseeing painting and coating inspection activities, ensuring adherence to international standards, and supporting project quality objectives during the shutdown period. Candidates must hold relevant certifications and demonstrate hands-on experience in similar Oil & Gas or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct painting and coating inspections in line with project specifications and standards
Ensure compliance with approved ITPs, QCPs, and inspection procedures
Monitor surface preparation, application, curing, and final coating quality
Prepare inspection reports, daily logs, and quality documentation
Coordinate with construction teams, QC teams, and client representatives
Support shutdown schedules by ensuring timely inspection and approvals
Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Degree or Diploma in a related engineering or technical field
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC Inspector – Painting
Proven experience in Oil & Gas / industrial projects
Certifications (Mandatory):
NACE Level 2
BGAS Level 2
Additional Requirements:
Gulf experience is mandatory
Indian nationality preferred
