In this role, you will lead the care for our most vulnerable patients, working within a multidisciplinary team to manage high-risk deliveries and complex neonatal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Level II/III NICU patients, including extreme prematurity and respiratory failure.
Lead neonatal resuscitation and stabilization during high-risk deliveries.
Collaborate with Obstetric and Pediatric teams to ensure seamless care.
Ensure all clinical documentation and pricing are strictly aligned with MOHAP and Hospital guidelines.
Requirements:
MOHAP Evaluation or Active License as Specialist/Consultant Neonatologist.
MD/DNB/CCT or equivalent in Pediatrics with a Fellowship in Neonatology.
Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical NICU setting.
Strong communication skills with a family-centered approach to care.
