Requirements:
Proven experience as a Flight Operation Manager or similar role within the aviation industry.
Valid commercial pilot license and relevant certifications.
In-depth knowledge of aviation safety protocols, regulations, and best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.
Prior experience with airline or charter flight operations is preferred.
