Key Responsibilities

Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per project requirements
Ensure scaffolding systems meet Oil & Gas safety and compliance standards
Inspect scaffolding materials and structures for stability and safety
Follow site-specific HSE procedures and toolbox talks
Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for daily work planning
Maintain proper use of PPE and safety equipment at all times
Support efficient execution of construction and maintenance activities

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Oil & Gas project experience (mandatory)
Valid experience as Scaffolder A Grade or B Grade
Knowledge of industrial scaffolding systems and safety standards
Physically fit for site-based work
Ability to work in a multinational project environment
Safety training or scaffolding certification is an added advantage

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 1,200 – 1,800 per month
(Based on Oil & Gas scaffolder roles in the UAE with overseas project experience)
