Senior Engineer (Cost Control)
Experience in cost control for civil construction projects

Key Responsibilities
Review tender estimates and develop detailed cost plans aligned with project execution strategies
Track project budgets and maintain comprehensive cost change and variation logs
Perform monthly cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
Prepare accurate cost forecasts considering scope changes, manpower, and market conditions
Lead monthly and quarterly cost review meetings with project stakeholders
Identify potential cost overruns and highlight financial risks proactively
Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or compliance
Improve cost control processes, tools, and reporting methodologies
Assist in risk identification and cost-related mitigation planning
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 10–12 years of proven experience in cost control for civil construction projects
Strong exposure to roads, rail, bridges, and building projects (preferred)
Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance reporting
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight financial controls
