Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer footfall.
- Organize and manage a weekly marketing campaign every Thursday at the café, featuring promotions, special events, influencer collaborations, or themed experiences.
- Create innovative marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging visuals and promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Public Relations & Brand Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, bloggers, and influencers.
- Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and media kits to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop partnerships and sponsorships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Monitor and manage the café’s online reputation, responding to customer feedback and reviews.
- Represent Earth Roastery Café at industry events, food festivals, and networking opportunities.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Manage and grow the café’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X etc.) through engaging content and interactive campaigns.
- Run paid social media advertisements and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Implement SEO and digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
Event Planning & Customer Engagement:
- Plan and coordinate in-house events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Develop loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
- Engage with customers through surveys and feedback initiatives to improve services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, public relations, or social media management (preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
