Key Responsibilities
o Manage end-to-end facilities operations across offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and accommodations.
o Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
o Plan, design, and execute fit-out and refurbishment projects for offices and retail spaces.
o Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
o Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
o Drive cost-saving initiatives through resource optimization and vendor negotiations.
o Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships for facilities and project services.
o Negotiate contracts and service agreements to achieve cost efficiency and quality.
o Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to align administrative strategies with business objectives.


Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in administration, facilities management, and project execution.
• Proven track record in fit-out projects, vendor management, budget control and vendor relations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Managing multi-site facilities and large-scale fit-out projects in retail, real estate, or hypermarket environments.
• Exposure to sustainability practices, compliance frameworks, and cost optimization strategies.
