About the Role
As a VIP Personal Assistance Agent, you will act as the primary point of contact for a select portfolio of top-tier clients. You will deliver bespoke lifestyle assistance while working closely with Peacock Concierge’s operations team to fulfill complex and time-sensitive requests.
This role goes beyond traditional customer service — it is about anticipation, discretion, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated front-desk and relationship manager for affluent clients.
Handle one-to-one lifestyle requests, including travel, dining, events, wellness, luxury services, and special arrangements.
Proactively understand client preferences and anticipate needs.
Coordinate with internal operations teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
Maintain detailed client profiles and request history.
Ensure all requests are handled in line with defined SLAs and service quality standards.
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and Peacock Concierge’s premium brand values.
What We’re Looking For
3-7 years of experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or VIP customer service.
Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calmness and confidence.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Experience serving HNWIs is a major advantage.
