Service Advisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Automotive, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in service advisory or customer service roles in the automotive luxury or premium brand industry
Strong background in Sales, Technical, Customer Service, or Marketing
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department
Understand customer needs and provide technical and service guidance
Schedule service appointments and follow up on service progress
Explain service procedures, costs, and recommendations clearly to customers
Collaborate with service technicians, parts, and sales teams to ensure smooth service operations
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge of automotive systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer requests
Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
