Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
5–8 years of experience in banquet operations or catering management
Proven experience managing large-scale events, weddings, corporate functions, and conferences
Experience in hotels, convention centers, or premium catering companies preferred
Requirements:
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of banquet service styles and event planning logistics
