Technical Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or technical engineering roles
Experience in preparing technical drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications
Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods
Requirements:
Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and design documentation
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams for technical clarifications
Support project planning and documentation, including progress reports
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client standards
Strong technical knowledge of interior construction, materials, and finishes
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret drawings accurately
Good communication and coordination skills
