Vice Principal
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or related field
Teaching certification or relevant administrative qualification preferred
Minimum 10+ years of teaching experience, with prior leadership or administrative experience in schools
Familiarity with curriculum standards (CBSE, IB, British, or local curriculum) is preferred
Requirements:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate faculty and staff
Knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum development
Decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Professionalism and commitment to academic excellence
