Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Certificate in Bakery, Pastry, or Culinary Arts preferred
1–3 years of experience in a bakery, pastry kitchen, or hotel environment
Experience in cookie production is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and baking of cookies as per standard recipes
Measure and mix ingredients accurately to maintain consistency and quality
Operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers safely
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area as per food safety standards
Assist senior chefs in daily bakery operations
Follow portion control and waste minimization practices
