Job Title:
Operations Executive – E-Commerce
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or logistics
Experience with online marketplaces and D2C platforms preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations including order processing and fulfillment
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Handle marketplace dashboards (Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, etc.) and backend systems
Track KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and returns
Resolve operational issues related to orders, payments, and deliveries
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports
