Telesales Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Contact potential clients via phone to introduce Royal Smart Properties and present our real estate offerings.
• Identify client needs and provide detailed information about available properties.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our property portfolio and stay updated on market trends.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
