Librarian
Job Location : Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library Science (BLS/MLS) or a related field.
• Professional librarian certification may be required depending on the institution (e.g., MLS from an ALA-accredited program).
• Prior experience working in a library or in library management is preferred.
• Familiarity with integrated library systems (ILS) and online databases is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and cataloging skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using library management software, digital catalogs, and online research tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Passion for reading, research, and education.
