Position: Project Coordinator (Healthcare / Medical)
Location: West Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, Kuwait

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator (Healthcare / Medical) to support the coordination and execution of healthcare-related projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates at an early stage of their career who are eager to learn and grow in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate healthcare and medical projects from initiation to completion.
· Assist with project planning, schedules, and documentation.
· Coordinate with medical staff, vendors, and internal teams.
· Track project activities and follow up on assigned tasks.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
· Coordinate meetings, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of healthcare or medical operations is an advantage.
- Kuwaiti nationals only.
- Female candidates only.

Skills & Competencies
· Good organizational and communication skills.
· Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
· Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
