About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Officer to support and manage Training & Development initiatives and assist in Performance Management activities. The ideal candidate will also have general exposure to other HR functions and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
o Manage and coordinate Training and Development programs across the organization.
o Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
o Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring performance appraisal cycles.
o Assist in HR administrative tasks and other HR-related activities as required.
o Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR focusing in Training & Development and Performance Management
Skills
· Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills
· High attention to detail with strong accuracy and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
