KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand the Brand & Product's DNA.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customers records in the CRM system to ensure
effective follow-up.
• Ensure a great sales experience from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up, encouraging
positive customer feedback and referrals.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offers, and pricing strategies to effectively
position the brand products and stay competitive.
• Take initiative in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, ensuring timely
follow-ups and exceptional customer service to drive sales performance.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous sales experience, preferably in local automotive industry.
• Preferably University graduate; passion for cars and customer service.
• Good negotiation / selling techniques; sales driven with positive attitude and personality.
• Fluent in English & Arabic languages.
• Computer literate; Flexible work schedule.
• Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based.
• Holder of Kuwait driver's license is an added advantage.
