Key Responsibilities
1. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Social Media Management: Execute the daily content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook across three brands.
- Paid Campaigns: Create and optimize performance-based ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to drive bookings and ticket sales.
- On-the-Fly Content: Visit our venues regularly to capture "raw" and authentic content (Reels/TikToks) that showcases the customer experience.
- SEO & Analytics: Monitor website traffic and digital conversions, providing weekly reports on what is working and what isn't.

2. Retail, Events & On-Ground Activations
- Event Planning: Coordinate seasonal events, holiday activations, and product launches within our venues.
- In-Venue Branding: Oversee the production of all physical marketing materials, including signage, flyers, and promotional displays.
- Customer Journey: Ensure that the brand experience is consistent from the moment a customer sees an ad to the moment they walk through our doors.

3. Influencers & Partnerships
- Influencer Relations: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with bloggers, family influencers, and lifestyle creators.
- Community Outreach: Build partnerships with local schools, sports clubs, and corporate entities to drive group bookings.
- Collaborations: Manage cross-promotions with neighboring retail brands and cafes.

4. Strategy & Reporting
- Maintain a structured marketing calendar for all three brands.
Track the ROI of every campaign, ensuring we are spending our budget effectively to drive foot traffic.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years in a marketing role, preferably in Retail, Entertainment, F&B, or a Multi-Brand environment.
- Digital Skills: Proven experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and basic SEO.
- Creative Tools: Basic proficiency in Canva & CapCut (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Mindset: A multitasker who can pivot between the high energy of a trampoline park and the creative vibe of an art studio.
- Communication: Strong copywriting skills in English (Arabic is highly preferred).
- Organization: A high level of structure and the ability to manage deadlines for multiple brands simultaneously.
