Safir International Company for Public Facilities Management is looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Operation Senior Manager to lead and scale our operations across cleaning, security, and facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale FM operations (Cleaning, Security & Soft Services)
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and service quality across all sites
- Manage P&L, budgeting, cost control, and bid pricing
- Lead mobilization, manpower planning, and performance management
- Support tendering processes and contribute to winning new service contracts
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait laws, tender regulations, and procurement standards
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a strong advantage

Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in operations management
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in Kuwait or GCC market
- Strong background in Cleaning, Security, and/or Facilities Management
- Demonstrated success in winning service contracts through tenders
- Solid understanding of Kuwait tender regulations (government & private sector)
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, bid pricing)
