Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities :
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping teams to maintain cleanliness standards
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve client concerns promptly
• Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery across assigned areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and daily task allocation
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on procedures and safety
Requirements :
• 2+ years FM
• Immediate joining
• UAE driving licence
• Leadership skills
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving
Preferred Qualifications :
• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience in hotel or large facility operations
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
