Qualification – Any Bachelor’s Degree
Experience – Minimum 2–5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in Concrete / ready mix industry.

Other Pre-requisites –

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales for ready mix concrete by developing new business, maintaining relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE Driving License.

Role –
Generate new sales opportunities for ready mix concrete through site visits and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners.
Receive and process customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up until order confirmation.
Coordinate with batching plant, dispatch, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery as per project requirements.
