Job Title:
Project Manager – Civil (Dubai Municipality G+12 Approved)

Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Professional certifications like PMP / Prince2 are desirable
Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil construction projects, including G+12 or high-rise building projects
Must have experience with Dubai Municipality approvals and regulations

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality G+12 regulations and approvals
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Prepare project progress reports and documentation for management and authorities
Identify risks and implement mitigation measures
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of civil engineering, high-rise construction, and building codes
Proven experience with Dubai Municipality approvals and permitting processes
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams effectively
Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
