Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Specialist Aesthetic Dermatologist for their client in Dubai which is a chain of aesthetic clinics in UAE. We are looking for DHA licensed Aesthetic Dermatologists with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of practice in Dubai. The ideal candidate would have a strong patient following and an impeccable reputation within Dubai as a top Aesthetic Dermatologist.
The client is providing an excellent remuneration package along within an independent practice setup with an entrepreneurial vibe.You would conduct comprehensive consultations, evaluate patients' skin conditions and medical histories, and discuss their aesthetic goals and concerns. Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, skin type, and desired outcomes.Perform a wide range of cosmetic procedures safely and effectively. Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment processes, post-treatment care, and preventative measures like sun protection. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of treatments and patient progress, ensuring appropriate follow-up care to monitor results and satisfaction. Work closely with other medical professionals, aestheticians, and clinic staff to ensure a high standard of integrated patient care. Stay current with the latest advancements, technologies, and trends in aesthetic medicine and dermatology by attending professional development events and training.Adhere to all safety guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all treatments. Perform a variety of procedures, including but not limited to: Botox® (Botulinum toxin) injections to reduce wrinkles and fine lines by temporarily relaxing facial muscles.
Dermal fillers to restore lost volume, plump lips/cheeks, and smooth out deep wrinkles and facial contours.Laser skin resurfacing to improve skin texture, tone, and reduce scars, sun damage, and wrinkles. PRP (Platelet-rich Plasma)Therapy for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration. Laser hair removal to eliminate unwanted hair.IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Therapy for sunspots, broken capillaries, and overall skin discoloration (photofacials). Skin tightening treatments using advanced technologies like radiofrequency. Chemical peels using chemical solutions to exfoliate the outer layers of skin and improve texture, tone, and clarity. Microneedling (collagen induction therapy) to stimulate collagen production and reduce scars and fine lines. Microdermabrasion for gentle exfoliation and improved skin texture. Other Non-surgical fat reduction techniques.Acne and scar management treatments. Cosmetic mole/skin tag removal.Spider vein treatment (sclerotherapy)
Salary : Aed 80,000 per month plus incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
