Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Testing Psychologist (Clinical Psychologist), for their client in Dubai which operates a chain of mental health and wellness centers across UAE.We are looking for Clinical / Neuro / Educational Psychologists who have at least 5 years of testing experience with neuro divergent conditions like Autism Spectrum disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, Dyspraxia, Tourette syndrome, Sensory processing disorders, Bipolar disorder, Obsessive compulsive disorder.The ideal candidate must have experience in conducting psychological assessments covering cognitive, emotional, personality, and neuropsychological areas.Tests like the Wechsler scales (WAIS, WISC) for general cognitive abilities, memory, and processing speed, and screening tools like the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) or Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) for suspected brain injury or dementia. The Woodcock-Johnson IV (WJ IV) used for academic achievement and cognitive abilities.The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI). Self-report measures like the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), and Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item (GAD-7) scale which are used for screening and monitoring depression and anxiety symptoms.The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) used to assess communication, social interaction, and play in individuals with suspected autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) which gathers detailed historical information related to autism symptoms.The Behavior Assessment System for Children (BASC) and Structured Clinical Interviews (e.g., SCID-5) for systematic assessment of DSM-5 diagnoses.The Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) or the Violence Risk Appraisal Guide (VRAG) used to evaluate the likelihood of future harmful behaviors.
Salary : Aed 38,000 per month plus incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
