Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
Extensive offshore construction experience in Oil & Gas projects (mandatory).
Proven track record managing large-scale offshore offshore construction projects.
Strong knowledge of safety standards such as OSHA, API, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia and/or Kuwait preferred.
