Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices and techniques.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) like SAP, Maximo, or Infor.
Planning and scheduling skills, including prioritization of tasks.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with maintenance teams, engineers, and operations to prioritize tasks.
Prepare work orders, job plans, and maintenance documentation.
Monitor maintenance work to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of equipment history, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
