Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
Extensive offshore safety management experience in Oil & Gas projects (mandatory).
Knowledge of OSHA, API, ISO 45001, and other relevant safety standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia and/or Kuwait preferred.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or HSE Lead Auditor are advantageous.
