Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
Extensive offshore telecom experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects (mandatory).
Knowledge of SCADA, fiber optics, radio systems, satellite communications, and network security.
Familiarity with offshore safety and IEC standards.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia and/or Kuwait preferred.
