Job Title: Business Development Manager (Saudi Nationals Only)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector in KSA.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Develop strategies to achieve business growth targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Proven experience in similar business development or sales roles in the construction sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with the Saudi construction market and local business practices.
Must be a Saudi National and available for local transfer inside KSA.
