Job Title: Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and manage contracts for construction projects in line with company and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, variations, claims, and approvals.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and legal advisors to ensure compliance.
Track contract timelines, deliverables, and obligations to prevent delays or disputes.
Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and compliance for management review.
Assist in resolving contractual issues, disputes, and clarifications with stakeholders.
Support tendering, bidding, and subcontractor agreements when required.
Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and Saudi regulations.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in contract administration within the construction sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with contract management processes and documentation.
Must be a Saudi National and available for local transfer inside KSA.
