Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Officer based in Ahmadi. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for coordinating and executing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes screening and shortlisting candidates, organizing interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and collaborating with managers to meet staffing needs. The role will also involve developing relationships with job candidates, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in interviewing, candidate screening, and effective communication.
- Experience hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, locally and overseas.
- Ability to coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Proven experience in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and onboarding best practices.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in managing candidate pipelines and records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
