Job Title: Production Engineer – Painting
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Certification in painting/coating technologies is an advantage
Experience
3–8 years of experience in painting operations or production engineering
Experience in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing painting processes preferred
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage painting processes on production lines or project sites
Plan and schedule painting operations to meet production targets
Ensure proper surface preparation, coating application, and finishing as per specifications
Monitor quality standards, adherence to SOPs, and industry norms
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize processes
Identify and resolve production issues, defects, and bottlenecks
Maintain records of materials used, production output, and quality inspections
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Recommend process improvements, new materials, and painting techniques
