Job Title: Planning Engineer – HV/MV Substations
Qualifications:
B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical Power / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Certification in Project Planning or Scheduling is an advantage
Experience:
3–7 years of experience in planning and scheduling for HV/MV substation or electrical infrastructure projects
Experience with large-scale electrical projects is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain project schedules and timelines using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project
Monitor and report on progress, delays, and resource utilization for HV/MV substation projects
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams for smooth project execution
Assist in planning material deliveries, manpower allocation, and equipment mobilization
Identify critical path activities, potential risks, and mitigation plans
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and presentations for management and clients
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Support project managers and site engineers in planning and decision-making processes
