Job Description :
• Oversee daily kitchen operations
• Manage kitchen and service staff schedules and performance
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control
• Coordinate with delivery, logistics, and procurement teams
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
• Maintain daily reports and operational records
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of F&B operations and food safety standards
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
