Job Title: Foreman – Industrial / Power Plant Projects
Experience:
Proven industrial, power plant, or heavy civil works experience
Building construction experience will not be considered
Minimum 5–10 years in supervisory roles for industrial sites
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site operations in industrial or power plant construction projects
Assign tasks and monitor performance of skilled and unskilled labor teams
Ensure work is carried out in compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Enforce industrial safety regulations, QA/QC protocols, and site procedures
Maintain daily progress reports, workforce records, and documentation
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers for smooth workflow
Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper use and storage
Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges
Candidate Requirements:
Must have industrial/power plant project experience
Knowledge of industrial safety, QA/QC, and construction procedures
WPR certification preferred for site positions
Immediate availability is an advantage
