Job Title: Construction Manager – Industrial / Power Plant Projects

Qualifications:
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering
Work Permit Receiver (WPR) certification is a plus

Experience:
Proven experience in industrial, power plant, or heavy civil construction projects
Building construction experience will not be considered
Minimum 8–15 years in construction management roles
Experience managing large teams and multidisciplinary projects

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities for industrial/power plant projects
Lead and manage site engineers, foremen, and workforce to ensure efficient execution
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and construction best practices
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Identify and resolve technical, logistical, and operational issues promptly
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, project documentation, and safety records
Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain schedule and quality standards


Candidate Requirements:
Must have industrial/power plant project experience only
Strong knowledge of industrial safety, QA/QC, and construction procedures
WPR certification preferred for site positions
Immediate availability is an advantage
