Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Industrial / Power Plant Projects


Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus
Work Permit Receiver (WPR) certification preferred for site positions

Experience:
Proven experience in industrial, power plant, or heavy civil construction projects
Building construction experience will not be considered
Minimum 5–10 years as a Quantity Surveyor in industrial projects

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for industrial/power plant projects
Evaluate tender submissions, subcontractor quotations, and vendor proposals
Monitor project costs, expenditures, and budget variances
Review and manage contracts, change orders, and claims
Conduct site visits to verify quantities, progress, and quality
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams for cost control
Prepare periodic cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements
Ensure compliance with industrial safety, QA/QC, and construction procedures
Identify and report risks or cost overruns promptly


Candidate Requirements:
Must have industrial/power plant project experience only
Strong knowledge of industrial safety, QA/QC, and construction procedures
WPR certification preferred for site positions
Immediate availability is an advantage
