Job Title: Assistant Plant Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor plant machinery, equipment, and control systems
Ensure smooth start-up, shutdown, and normal operation of plant systems
Perform routine inspections and operational checks
Identify and report equipment faults, alarms, or abnormal conditions
Assist in preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting
Maintain operational logs and shift reports
Follow plant safety procedures, SOPs, and emergency protocols
Coordinate with technicians, maintenance teams, and supervisors
