Job Position – Recruitment Officer
To manage end-to-end recruitment operations across Qatar, KSA, and Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and analyze manpower requirements from project teams
Prepare detailed job descriptions and publish vacancies on appropriate platforms
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews with stakeholders
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment records
Prepare recruitment documents and obtain management approvals
Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits
Issue offer letters and coordinate with PRO teams for visa processing and local transfers
Generate employee codes, manage duty commencement formalities, and onboard new hires
Create, maintain, and manage digital and physical employee personnel files
Requirements:
Degree/Master’s in Human Resources
3–4 years of experience in the same role in construction background in Qatar
Locally available with a valid QID
Immediate joiners only
