Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
Teaching certification/license relevant to kindergarten education
Leadership qualifications are a plus for supervisory/HOD positions
Experience:
2–5 years of proven experience as a kindergarten teacher
Experience in curriculum planning, classroom management, and early childhood programs
Leadership experience preferred for supervisory/HOD roles
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for kindergarten students
Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Conduct assessments and monitor student progress
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student development
Support and guide junior teaching staff or assistants (for supervisory/HOD roles)
Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development
Maintain student records, lesson plans, and teaching documentation
