Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic faults using OEM diagnostic equipment (Bosch KTS, VAS, ISTA, XENTRY, Techstream, etc.)
Perform complete electrical system troubleshooting.
Repair and replace wiring harnesses, connectors, sensors, actuators, control units.
Carry out software updates, coding, and adaptations according to manufacturer specifications.
Perform electrical modifications and installations (additional lights, reverse cameras, parking sensors, GPS trackers, etc.) to high professional standards.
Test and diagnose charging systems, starting systems, alternators, and batteries.
Interpret wiring diagrams, technical bulletins, and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed in the digital job card system.
Work efficiently to meet workshop productivity targets without compromising quality.
Assist in training of junior technicians when required.
Other tasks as required.
