Shipping Operation Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with shipping lines for bookings, load lists, Bills of Lading (BL), and delivery orders
• Liaise with customers to ensure smooth delivery of goods and arrange transportation as required
• Prepare and raise customer invoices accurately
• Follow up on Statements of Account (SOA) and ensure timely collections
• Maintain proper shipping and operational records in line with company procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Strong command of advanced Excel functions
• Prior experience in shipping or logistics operations is preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
